Shipping policy
All orders are shipped using Australia Post.
All shipments include tracking.
You will receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.
2. FREE SHIPPING
We offer standard shipping on all Australian orders.
3. ORDER PROCESSING
We pack and ship orders Monday to Friday.
Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST are dispatched same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00pm AEST are dispatched the next business day.
During peak periods or promotions, processing times may increase to 2–4 business days.
4. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES (AUSTRALIA)
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
• Metro areas: 2–5 business days
• Regional areas: 3–7 business days
• Remote areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery timeframes are provided by Australia Post and are estimates only.
5. DELIVERY DETAILS
Orders are delivered to your nominated address.
If nobody is available to receive the parcel, Australia Post may:
• Leave the parcel in a safe place
• Take the parcel to a local post office
• Send you a collection notice
You are responsible for collecting parcels from Australia Post within the timeframe stated on the notice.
6. DAMAGED OR MISSING PARCELS
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, contact us and we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.
7. INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a $15 re-shipping fee will apply.
8. UNCLAIMED PARCELS
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, a $15 re-shipping fee will apply.
If you choose not to have the parcel resent, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost (if applicable) and handling fees.
